Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Pool Technician/s to join our team. This position requires you to manage and service a dedicated, tight route of pools. The role involves maintaining clean and functional pools, ensuring optimal water chemistry, and handling minor repairs as needed. You will need to know your chemistry! You will also be required to use the Get Skimmer app
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily pool maintenance, including vacuuming, skimming, brushing, and chemical balancing.
Use top-of-the-line equipment such as Bottom Feeder vacuums and Kokido vacuums.
Identify and address minor equipment issues on-site, using tools and parts provided.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
Use the Get Skimmer app to update customers and log service details.
Communicate clearly with management and customers regarding pool issues and repairs.
Maintain a positive attitude and take time to ensure jobs are done thoroughly.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the pool service industry.
Must have a presentable, reliable truck.
Ability to diagnose and solve pool-related issues independently.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a willingness to grow with the company.
Experience with or willingness to learn the Get Skimmer app for customer communication.
