Mason Reconstruction is looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead Mason Repipe, our organization's Plumbing Division! Mason Repipe's newest Foreman will be overseeing Multifamily, Commercial and Residential plumbing projects. We are searching for a leader who has a growth mindset, can confidently manage a crew, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage plumbing crews performing service and repair work
- Work with project managers and ownership to coordinate all on-site plumbing activities
- Train and mentor field crews to meet Mason Reconstruction’s high standards
- Lead by example, fostering a positive team environment and embodying company culture
- Perform hands-on plumbing work, including leak detection, repipes, sewer repairs, water heater installations, and general service work
- Ensure all plumbing work meets company and client expectations for quality and durability
- Coordinate materials, tools, and labor to maintain efficiency on job sites
- Maintain progress reports, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations
- Communicate project updates to management and clients, keeping timelines and budgets on track
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman in service and repair
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including leak repairs and other installations
- Effective communication skills (bilingual in English and Spanish a plus!)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
