Plumber Technician
Established construction company in business for 30+ years expanding and looking for a Plumber Technician. We are a maintenance and warranty construction team and are looking for the right person to join our team. We have a low turn-over rate and are looking for someone professional willing to work with a team.
The right candidate must be/have:
-5+ years’ experience as a Commercial Service Plumber light residential experience
-Must have experience performing Commercial Plumbing Service work in office buildings, retail centers, etc.
-Ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, flush valves, instant hot water heaters, etc.
-Drain cleaning and jetting experience required
-Ability to work on water, irrigation, and gas piping, including PVC, copper, black pipe, and galvanized pipe
-Experience working on pump systems
-Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial application water heaters and/or boilers
-Set units for HVAC, run refrigeration as well as med gas lines
-Be willing to work nights, weekends and on call schedules when projects require
-Knowledge on how to operate a hydrojetter, sewer cameras, and locators
-Able to communicate clearly with clients, office staff & project managers
-Organized to keep and provide records (pictures, sign offs & receipts)
-Honest, punctual and hardworking
-Clean driving record and a reliable truck and basic tools (company provides tools as well)
