As we approach our fourth decade, we are expanding the team! We are looking for an experienced service technician who is looking for a career and not just a job!
Experience + Qualifications
Fluent in English. Conversant or fluent in Spanish, a plus!
Be comfortable using a smartphone
Read a map or use a navigation app
Pass a background check
Have good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks to complete a job
Current and valid CA driver's license
Maximum of one moving violation or accident on your driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift 20 - 50 lbs
Ability to walk, crawl, stand, or sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to fit in standard attic and subarea crawlspace
Valid and current California Applicator or Field Representative license
Basic knowledge of construction, a plus
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining established service route
Knowledge of pests and remediation
Excellent communication with both customers and coworkers
Ability to work on the weekends occasionally
Hourly pay $19 - $25/hr with over time available
Commission plan for field representatives
