I need a fully experienced installer / service technician full time.
Must have a work truck or van, tools, ladder, oxygen and acetylene tanks, nitrogen tank, recovery machine, vacuum pump ref scales, saw zall, service tools etc. EPA certified.
All work is from San Clemente to Anaheim, Newport Beach , Laguna Beach
And in between.
I need someone who can communicate with customers on a professional level.
Someone who can handle the work without being MICRO managed.
Someone who can properly communicate with customers and the office.
Must have a good attitude and respectful.
Must look, clean and professional.
Must have a valid CA drivers license and auto insurance.
Must be able to fill out a service repair ticket, collect payment and log it on repair slip.
Must be reliable, responsible and honest.
Must have a cell phone as texting is mandatory especially when clocking in and out.
Most work is residential
Mini splits, heating and ac replacements, service repair calls and preventative maintenance. Not many reducts but once in a while
.
Most of the commercial work that we do would be replacing package units on commercial buildings or repairs. Possibly some new ducting.
Need someone who lives in Orange County for service calls.
Riverside and Ventura County is just too far.

This is a very easy going place to work.
You need time off? No problem as long as you give notice.
This is a family owned and operated business
We pay very well. Must be able to work alone. Only help you get is physical labor.
IE lifting equipment, running ref lines etc.
Installs must be clean.
PAY:
.70 cents per mile after the first 30 miles as most people that have to drive to work are not paid for that drive time or gas.
$45 per hour for service calls and misc that is not an install.
Change outs furnace, coil and AC in garage or closet $1,000
In attic $1500
Ductless mini splits single zone $500
2 zone approx. $1,000 depending on the difficulty.
We do not offer health coverage at this time.
If you are looking for side work only we may be able to use you as well.
