Must be experienced with carpentry, framing, and stucco work.
Knowledge and experience of rough and finish carpentry.
Perform multifamily residential apartment exterior construction and repairs with wood and stucco.
Tools Required: Skilsaw, Sawzal, Drill, Grinder, Nail Gun
Hours 7:45am-4:30pm M-F
Job sites are in Orange County
Demos job site according to scope of work.
Nice To Have:
Knowledge of Rough Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical.
Knowledge of hang, patch, and mud drywall.
Knowledge of process to lay sub flooring.
Knowledge of finish plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
Keeps job site neat and clean at all times.
Handles all job site requirements timely.
Adheres to the policies and procedures manual.
Must be able to clear E-Verify and have 2 forms of Identification
Must be able to Pass Drug screen and 7 year background check!
