Job Description:
Palmetto Painting, Inc. is an Orange County based company that believes in high quality finish work. We are currently looking for a full-time project foreman.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of painters to meet project deadlines and uphold Palmetto’s exceptional quality standards.
Collaborate closely with the project manager on a daily basis to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage and maintain painting equipment inventory.
Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of painting experience required.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation is required.
Good time management skills.
Good leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to work with our project manager to lead a successful team.
Able to climb 32 feet.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
