OKOPOD USA, INC. is seeking a full-time General Carpenter passionate about framing and excited to build innovative Pods and ADUs for modern living.

We're a forward-thinking manufacturer specializing in modular living solutions—Pods and ADUs—designed for efficiency, sustainability, and flexibility. We're growing fast and looking for hands-on craftsmen to help bring our designs to life.
What you’ll do:
- Frame and build residential Pods and ADUs from blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components with attention to quality and safety
- Collaborate with project leads to meet timeline and build specifications
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and use tools safely
- Occasionally assist with other carpentry tasks as needed
You should have:
- 2+ years of carpentry or framing experience (ADU, modular, or residential experience a plus)
- Proficiency reading blueprints and working with framing tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to lift, carry, and work safely on your feet and at heights
- Valid driver’s license preferred

Physical requirements:
