- Must have experience-
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Willing to learn all trades within our company, mainly framing.
- It would help to have a tool belt with essential hand tools, drill, impact, and other essential tools needed to complete job sites.
- You must have transportation to get to the job site.
- Experience in RTA Cabinets, Doors, Trim, and Rough Framing is preferred.

- Responsibilities -
- Unload and carry materials at construction sites.
- Work with the project manager to complete carpentry and other tasks on jobs.
- Clean the job site every day.
- Confirm that tasks were completed.
- Report to the Foreman/PM the work completed and any delays.
- Report to the Foreman/PM if a change order is needed.
- Report any on-site injuries involving employees or non-employees.
- Responsible for keeping the job site clean to our standard every day.
- Responsible for being a problem solver on site.
- Quality control for your completed work.
- Return all materials and job site tools to the designated spot daily.
Other Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must own a smartphone (with a benefit of $25/month phone reimbursement)
- Proven experience as a construction foreman
- Thorough knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Effective communication and reporting abilities
- Proficiency in math
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter, etc.)
