- Must have experience-
Must have clean driving record and a valid driver license
Ability to lift up to 70Lbs
Willing to learn all trades within our company mainly framing.
Have a tool belt with basic hand tools, drill and impact, other basic tools needed for completing jobsites
Transportation to be able to get to the jobsite
Experience in RTA Cabinets, Doors, Trim, Rough Framing.

Responsibilities
Unload and carry materials at construction sites
Work with PM to complete finish carpentry and other finish tasks on jobs.
Clean jobsite everyday
Confirm tasks were completed
Report to Foreman/PM work completed and delays
Report to Foreman/PM if a change order is needed
Report any injuries on-site with employees or non-employees
Responsible for keeping the job site clean to our standard every day.
Responsible for being a problem solver on site.
Quality control for your work completed
Return all materials and job site tools to designated spot each day.
Other Requirements
Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
High school diploma or equivalent
Have a smartphone ( Benefit : we pay a $25/month phone reimbursement)
Proven experience as construction foreman
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to communicate and report effectively
Aptitude in math
Problem-solving abilities
Good physical condition and stamina
High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)
