We are in immediate need of an experienced residential construction worker, working directly and helping the general contractor that will be responsible for managing projects, physically working and communicating with clients. This is mainly for residential remodeling projects.
Must Have -
Experience in multiple trades includes plumbing, rough carpentry, finish carpentry and light electrical.
Must have a good working vehicle and equipped with tools.
Must be personable and have a can do attitude.
Must be confident and willing to meet with city inspectors.
Must be able to manage a crew and sub contractors.
Must be able to perform skilled work and guide helpers.
Must be reliable, available and ready to work ASAP.
Your day to day would be procuring materials, coordinating workers, communicating with clients and hands-on physically working the job.
Pay starts at $40/HR.
