Lawrence Doors Anaheim Service Center has an opportunity for a MECHANICALLY INCLINED APPRENTICE WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
Willing to train someone who is open minded, trainable, and has welding and electrical skills.

JOB EXPECTATIONS:
Ability to recognize basic hand tools
Must be great with reading a tape measure!
Mechanical problem-solving ability
Safe driving and work habits
Drug Free
Able to lift 50 LBS.
Ability to climb extension ladders.
Team player
Good written and verbal communication
Work productively as a team player
Able to learn quickly and to anticipate the foreman's next move.
Driven to run your own truck within 3-6 months.
Detailed with paperwork to complete proper material take offs / measurements
Maintain truck inventory and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Ability to use hand tools for installation and repair tasks.
Basic knowledge of welding techniques for metal fabrication.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for transportation to job sites.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Willingness to learn and be trained on commercial door installation and repair techniques.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm - Frequent overtime
