Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project managers and ensuring the successful execution of commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.

Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to provide updates and address any issues.

Coordinate meetings, site visits, and inspections to ensure project milestones are met.

Track and manage project expenses, invoices, and payments.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document control.

Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment required for projects.

Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve any challenges that may arise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
