Restoration Pros, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Water Mitigation Technician / Project Manager to join our team. The project manager performs work independently to manage client remediation projects. Project types will generally fit into one of the following categories: fire, water or mold remediation. The project manager is responsible for all aspects of remediation including bidding/budgeting/scheduling & subcontract administration. Client meetings, documentation, estimating, billing, issue resolution, and project closeout. In addition, this position will directly coordinate jobs from start to finish, insurance approvals, adjuster meetings and owner interaction.
Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates taking full ownership of their projects.
Lead development, estimating, proposal writing, negotiation, closing and customer follow-up.
Performs all problem solves according to the project, coordinates with clients, adjusters, insurance companies, subcontractors and field communications.
Represents company professionally in project meetings and runs strategy meetings.
Ability to attend job walks, effectively communicate with customers and insurance adjusters, and deliver estimates and proposals to customers.
Must be ambitious, a self-starter and excellent communicator.
Be a dependable and strong team leader and player.
Proficient knowledge of Xactimate estimating software
Must be IICRC certified
Must have a clean driving record
