Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough termite inspections in residential and commercial properties.
Identify termite infestations and assess damage.
Create detailed inspection reports, including diagrams and treatment recommendations.
Communicate findings and proposed treatments to clients clearly and professionally.
Perform necessary treatments and follow-up inspections to ensure effective termite control.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to crawl under homes, climb ladders, and access tight spaces.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
