The Receptionist position maintains and coordinates all front office activities to ensure efficient operations and professional image of firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Taking messages and directing phone calls to the appropriate colleague;
Meet and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner and direct them to the appropriate area.
Handle routine questions regarding information about the firm;
Prepare conference rooms for in-office appointments meeting;
Sorting mail, filing, scanning, faxing, organizing documents and other administrative tasks as assigned
Process, scan and distribute incoming mail and faxes and all other correspondence.
Send notices to clients regarding upcoming hearings and appointments;
WORK SKILLS: Strong people skills, excellent phone etiquette, professional appearance and demeanor, organizational skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED
REQUIREMENT: Own Personal Transportation, Must be able to multi-task. Must show enthusiasm for the job!
