We want to find an esthetician to help us roll this out the right way
We are a startup company with a budget for a simple spa
We are targeting to roll out in Costa Mesa, CA
Looking for:
licensed CA esthetician with experience introducing a new space
experience finding good locations
entrepreneurial and willing to try a new, safe beauty technology called the Fia Mask
capable of offering standard services of a regular shop
someone friendly, ambitious, organized and capable of recording customer experiences with the device
Offering:
Will pay for the shop space in a Phenix Salon Suite or equivalent
Will provide the devices
Will provide consumables that work with the devices
Will provide all the bookkeeping
Will allow esthetician to provide their own consumables for additional services besides the device
Will pay for equipment / furniture decorating
Will pay for local Instagram and Facebook advertising
Esthetician will keep all the proceeds after expenses
Esthetician will receive stock options in the device company
