Looking for a Part time PM Barber instructor and Full time AM Cosmetology instructors at our Beauty School.
PART- TIME POSITION BARBER PM INSTRUCTOR 5PM - 10PM (MONDAY - THUR)
FULL -TIME POSITION COSMETOLOGY AM INSTRUCTOR 8:30 - 5PM (TUESDAY - SATURDAY) or Part-time
SALARY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE:
Deliver hands on a theory based instruction to students enrolled in the barbering & Cosmetology program. This role is responsible for preparing future barber & cosmetologist with the technical skills, customer service practices, sanitation standards and professional work habits required for success in the barbering industry.
- Provide classroom and practical instructions on barbering & cosmetology techniques, haircutting, shaving, facial hair design, chemical services and styling.
- supervise students on the clinic floor, ensuring quality services.
- prepare lesson plan, demonstrations, hands on learning activities aligned with curriculum
- evaluate students performances, written exams, and silly progress tracking.
- maintain accurate documentation of attendance, hours, students progress.
- mentor and motivate students to develop professionalism.
- ensure a clean, safe, and well organized learning environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Barber License or Cosmetology license
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional barbering or cosmetology experience.
Strong technic skills in cutting, shaving and grooming, styling, chemical services
Ability to teach & communication and mentoring skills.
