IT Project Manager – Court Systems
Sierra Cybernetics is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to work for us supporting our local government client – the Los Angeles Superior Court.
You will lead multiple IT projects including an enterprise solution dealing with transcript assembly and transmittal for the Courts Transcript Assembly Program. Projects may involve collaboration with other trial courts in California and the Judicial Council of California, including multi-tenant, Azure-hosted web apps.
This is a one-year contract remote position but must be in the Pacific Time Zone.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
PMP and Agile certifications (a plus)
Technical background with at least 3 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Strong experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Experience managing mid-to-large scale enterprise projects involving cross functional teams.
Experience managing projects from conception through completion, including:
o Documenting project goals, scope, and requirements.
o Planning project tasks, dependencies, assigning resources, managing team resources.
o Developing project schedules, conducting meetings & project briefings
o Reporting project status and communicating relevant project information to project stakeholders (up to C-Level executives)
o Use of Azure DevOps, MS Project, Visio, and other Project Management / Business Analysis tools
