The Position
A Business Funding Advisor has one job: demonstrate the value of our program to potential clients. If you are great on the phone, and passionate about helping small businesses, we look forward to hearing from you. This is a high volume phone sales position; if you do not like being on the phone, this is not the position for you. You must be able to relate to small business owners, understand their needs and effectively communicate how our company will help them.
Responsibilities
Review a small business owner’s financial situation & how we are a benefit to themEffectively explain our services and enroll them as clientsPerform outbound calls to potential clients (100-200 calls/day)Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets on a weekly/monthly basisMaintain pipeline and properly manage lead flow (requires computer skills)Email & text but primarily phone correspondence – if email/text is not resulting in live conversations, there is no point! Qualifications
2+ years sales experience (outside / inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)MUST be able to reliably commute to San Juan Capistrano M-FSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals/quotasExcellent interpersonal skills - relating to small business owners is a must!Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningUnderstanding of the basics of business finance/credit is a major plus!Organizational skillsExperience with or ability to QUICKLY learn computer functionsAs a Team Member, you will receivePaid TrainingGenerous comp plan (avg reps make around $70k, top performers $150k+)Daily/Weekly, individual and team spiffs/bonusesWarm/Hot leads who have all been exposed to our marketing materials and filled out their information to be contacted regarding our servicesApply
