Job Overview:

We're an established local Timeshare Cancellation Company with a decade of experience, and we're currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as "Junior & Senior Analysts"!

As a Junior Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to engage with both cold and warm confirmed timeshare owner leads, as well as field calls from interested prospects. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential clients who express interest in our services and gather essential information before transferring the call to one of our Senior Analysts, who will handle the rest.

If you are a Timeshare Exit Closer/ Senior Analysts - we'd also be interested in hearing from you We are looking for highly skilled professionals in the field of sales who specializes in sealing deals and finalizing transactions. Their primary focus is on persuading potential customers to make a purchase or commit to a specific action.

As our Sales Closer, you will be the final touchpoint in our sales process, responsible for converting qualified leads into loyal customers. Your role will involve understanding the nuances of our products or services, building rapport with potential clients, and utilizing advanced closing techniques to finalize sales.

To excel in the role of a junior analysts, you'll be provided with comprehensive training and equipped with prepared scripts that cover important aspects of the Timeshare Industry and our company offerings. By following these scripts, you'll effectively communicate with customers, overcome objections, identify their needs, and generate valuable leads for our company.

Duties:

-Looking for a candidate who will follow and learn prepared scripts to reference the important details about what the company offers.

-They will be able to perform their required hours on the telephone, overcome objections, identify the customer’s needs, and produce leads for the company.

-Candidates will be calling both cold and warm confirmed timeshare owner leads and will also answer calls from interested prospects.

Requirements:

- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale

-Excellent communication skills, especially persuasion to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers

- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs, giving them an easy resolution.

- Interpersonal skills to work with a wider variety of people each day

- Experience- We're seeking a highly motivated candidate with preferably a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience. Having prior experience in Timeshare Exit Sales would be beneficial but not necessary.

-Candidate should be professional, outgoing, highly energetic, organized, self-motivated and punctual.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Compensation package:

1099 contract
