Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Anaheim office. This role is pivotal in establishing initial contact with potential clients, pre-qualifying leads, supporting our sales team, and assisting the administration department in driving company growth. Being bilingual in Spanish is a big plus!

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in presenting company products and services to current and potential clients.
Help prepare action plans and schedules to target specific prospects and estimate contact volumes.
Follow up on new leads and referrals stemming from call center activity or field operations.
Support the process of lead qualification to ensure alignment with company interests and profitability.
Identify sales prospects and initiate contact with potential clients as well as manage ongoing relationships.
Assist in scheduling estimators’ visits, manage presentation preparations, and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
Help develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Maintain relationships with current clients while helping to cultivate new client relationships.
Assist in updating and managing records in Acumatica, ensuring all activities and tasks are logged and completed.
Prepare status reports on activities, closings, follow-ups, and goal adherence for weekly Salesforce meetings.
Support coordination between sales personnel and estimators to close sales effectively.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of both sales and administrative departments.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Excellent command of English, including reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
Capable of developing and delivering presentations.
Proficient in creating and editing written communications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive company image.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook & CRM.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Performance will be measured based on the efficiency and effectiveness in supporting sales and administrative tasks compared to proposals generated by the Estimating Department.
