Our team is hiring a sales associate/hairdresser/stylist to support our growing team. You will be responsible for selling luxury hair oils, styling tools, and extensions.
We’re looking for confident, motivated, and quick pace individuals. This role requires you to be outgoing and quick since your day to day work will be trying to sell our products to customers.
WE WILL TRAIN YOU Sales/Hair experience is a big plus but not required.
You will be paid hourly for the first 3 days of training and then after your pay will be commission based starting at 35%. You will earn 35% of a sale. Your commission percentage can go up depending on how much you sell in a week
You will be paid weekly and you can make from $1000 - $3000. You also have a chance to receieve tips/bonuses.
Our products range from $49.99 to $1500 and it is very easy to sell these products since they actually work and are amazing.
We’d prefer someone that would like to work full time 5 days a week, but we are open to people that would like to work part time. We want someone who wants to be a permanent member of our team.
Schedule Looking for 3 employees who’d be open to these hours
All include a 1 hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks.
WE ARE FLEXIBLE WITH HOURS
1:
Monday - Friday 9:45am to 6pm
2:
Monday - Weds 1pm to 8pm
Friday & Saturday 1pm to 9pm
3:
Saturday 10am to 4pm
Sunday 11am to 7pm
