Remote Sales Agents Wanted – Tax Resolution Services
We are a well-established Tax Resolution company specializing in helping consumers resolve their IRS tax debts. We are currently seeking experienced and results-driven Remote Sales Agents to join our team.
As a sales agent, your primary responsibility will be to contact pre-qualified leads—individuals who have already requested information about tax resolution services—and guide them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell the Phase 1 process (ranging from $299 to $599) to new leads, which includes providing them with a thorough understanding of their options for resolving IRS tax debts. Upsell clients to Phase 2 services, which typically cost 10% to 20% of the total IRS debt owed. This will involve presenting tailored solutions and effectively closing sales for the full resolution process. Follow-up with leads to build relationships, address objections, and close sales. Track and manage leads within our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all communications and progress.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must have the following:
Proven Resolution Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in closing tax resolution services. Must have experience using CRM logics. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with clients, explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, and maintain professionalism during all interactions. Goal-Oriented: Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. Self-Motivated and Independent: Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy. Must be driven and capable of managing your time efficiently. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, dialers, and other sales tools. Must have a reliable internet connection. Detail-Oriented and Organized: Capable of managing multiple leads and tasks without missing important details.
Compensation:
3k/month until you hit commissions. After that commissions with bonuses. Average rep making 7-12k. Top reps making 15-20k.
High earning potential based on performance and sales results, especially as you guide clients through both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the resolution process.
