PROJECT COORDINATOR/SALES ACCOUNT REP/ (ANAHEIM)

We specialize in a variety of interior and exterior signage solutions, continuing to grow in market share. We are looking to fill Project Coordinator/sales account rep this position. Obviously, experience in either is a plus, and both a major plus.
RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES:
Work closely with the owner, our outside sales rep and customer service person to develop the skills necessary to become a top notch account rep. We believe in a consultative relationship with our clients and will instill that in you.
Work very closely with the owner to familiarize themselves with accounts in hopes of taking over these accounts at an appropriate time.
Learn and be able to sell all types of our signage product offerings
Collaborate with clients, in-house personnel, outside fabricators, and installers to recommend the best possible alternative for our client’s needs.
Handle the sales, administrative and tracking of your jobs.
Pursue leads that are given to you, generated from our web-site marketing efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Excellent phone skills.
Reliable, punctual, presentable, enthusiastic, and have an honest, hard-working attitude.
Reliable transportation is a must. Travel in and around Orange County will be required.
Some reasonable degree of computer knowledge as you will need to learn our estimating and production software system.
Organized, intelligent, and a willingness to go beyond what is asked of you.
Ability to take direction and follow through with what is asked of you in a timely manner.
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
Ability to research the internet for solutions to requirements and problems that you may encounter.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL “PLUSES”, BUT NOT CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FINAL SELECTION:
Sales experience or customer service exposure
Sign company employment in sales, production or management.
Graphic skills (computer and/or visual)
POSITION COMPENSATION/INCENTIVES:
Base pay and commission determined by your skill level.
Guaranteed 40 hour work week (Monday-Friday)
Expense reimbursement (mileage and or specific business expenses)
On-going training (sales, computer, sign industry)
Paid holidays (standard)
Paid vacation after a pre-determined time of employment.
