POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Support Specialist in the city of Santa Ana, California office, this role is a client care/introductory sales support position. This position will be responsible for mostly answering incoming calls from consumers, and reaching out to all clients within various stages of the process (Pre-Enrollment, Current Clients, and prospective clients that have failed to move forward for various reasons)

What you need:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Zero to six months of experience processing residential mortgage loans, loss mitigation, debt consolidation or other related field.
Basic understanding of HAMP and FHA requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule.
Ability to work in a paperless, automated and fast paced environment while handling a high volume pipeline.
Ability to work effectively as a team player.
Ability to multi-task to complete various tasks as required.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and to record, balance, and check results for accuracy.
Must have thick skin.

Responsibilities include:
Efficiently Convert lead inquiries into a quality appointment you will schedule for the sales team
Prep detailed oriented files for each client- outline accurate information of experience with timeshare developer
Maintain effective organization of follow up tasks, of the leads you are given
Respond to inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in-person
Ensure Customer Satisfaction and good client relationship
Follow up on sales activity
Ability to process with high outbound and inbound call daily production.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing.
Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques and being proficient with Optima CRM.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with following up with existing and prospective clients and transferring warm inquiries directly to the sales staff.
Contacts prospective clients that have reached out in the past but have not moved forward with representation.
Identifies concerns and escalates them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
Handle calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Other tasks as assigned.
Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation.
Bilingual a plus.
