Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Actively listen to clients’ financial situations, assess their needs, and provide customized solutions.
-Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to answer client questions effectively
-Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through follow-up communications and consultations.
-Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in debt settlement or related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

Pay: $33,280.00 - $300,000.00 per year
