We are looking for Inside Sales Professionals who are driven, ambitious, and results-oriented to help drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage your personal sales portfolio with passion, motivation, and strategic planning.
Conduct daily outbound sales activities, including cold and warm calls, emails, and messaging via WhatsApp and Skype.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients while managing a robust sales pipeline.
Provide clear, professional, and timely communication with follow-ups via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Utilize creative and strategic approaches to meet client needs.
Apply a consultative sales approach to promote and explain our products and services.
Close deals effectively and efficiently.
Organize leads and prioritize tasks to achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications
At least one year of experience in telemarketing or commission-based sales.
Strong ambition and drive to achieve financial success.
Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take coaching.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, CRM systems, and other sales-related technology.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation to the workplace.
A valid Social Security card is required at the time of hire.
Preferred but not required:
Experience with government contracts (GSA, 8a, MBE, SBE).
Knowledge or experience in social media marketing.
Cisco Sales Expert Certification (a significant plus).
