Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and engage with customers or potential clients.
Conduct initial screenings to determine customer needs or eligibility for services.
Provide basic information about our products/services and address common inquiries.
Transfer qualified calls to the appropriate team or department.
Maintain accurate call logs and documentation of interactions.
Meet or exceed daily call and performance targets.
Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and phone skills
A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
