Join NutreGenic of Irvine as a Field Account Representative and embark on a rewarding journey across Orange County, connecting with dental offices in Orange County. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team, where your efforts directly contribute to our growth and your success. This is a non-selling position, visit, smile, and deliver 25 invitations daily, make your now money then go home.

Position: Field Account Representative - You are our Boots on the Ground as an Opener - Our Closers will make the sell, you can be promoted to as Closer or Area Manager to earn more money.

Area: Orange County cities, covering approximately 2,000 Dental Offices by a team of 5 Openers we are hiring.

Your Role:

As a Field Account Representative, your primary mission will be to foster relationships with dental offices throughout Orange County. You'll personally deliver invitations for lunch-and-learn sessions along with marketing materials, showcasing our innovative products and services. This role is perfect for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy face-to-face interactions, and are passionate about making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Personally visit and engage with dental offices in your assigned cities, delivering invitations and marketing materials.

Present yourself in a professional, friendly and well-groomed manner, reflecting the high standards of our brand.

Efficiently find and visit 25 dental offices daily, Monday through Friday, leveraging tools and training provided to optimize your route and approach.

Utilize your reliable transportation to navigate your territory, ensuring consistent and effective coverage.

Rewarding Compensation Structure: As part of our market expansion team, you'll start with a daily earning of $50, we know you can't pay rent with this daily pay, but its something better than nothing, we are in fact investing in your training so you can make big income. Beyond this base pay, we offer incentives to further boost your income: such as earn a $20 bonus for every successful lunch-and-learn session you book with dental offices you visit.

Here is the the amazing part: while this Opener position isn't focused on you making sales, you'll still benefit financially from the overall team success through a 10% commission on all sales generated by our Closers team, and receiving 10% residual income on ongoing sales and re-orders within your designated territory for as long as you stay active with us. So can you build a lucrative career with us? Absolutely! Your financial success begins to take shape as the dental offices in your farming area start buying our products and our dentists onboarding packages such as: Silver Dentist Package, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

In this opener role, your primary responsibility is to cultivate relationships within a specific area or city, identifying dental offices delivering our innovative lunch-and-learn invitation. Its a win-win-win, the dental office gets a complementary delicious free lunch, you get a bonus of $20 and our Closers makes the sales and you make 10% on whatever amount they buy.

Your dedication to follow-ups and professional friendly engagement ensures these dental offices book a lunch-n-learn session within the first 3 to 4 visits, our presenters/Closers will then present our range of onboarding packages to the dentists and their staff.

So whats the bottomline, how much can you make? You'll earn 10% from the dentist packages sold by our Closer teams in your designated farming areas/cities—here is what you'll earn from each dentist that onboards: If they onboard buying our Silver Dentist Package you make $87, Gold $375, Platinum $750, and Diamond Dentist Package you make $1,350.

Realistically you must anticipate a period of approximately 60 days for farming and visiting/re-visiting dental offices in your territory to start seeing significant financial results, but when your farm starts popping sales, we believe this will be the most rewarding job of your life to date. This Opener role is pivotal in laying the groundwork for our sales process, you are our "First Domino", offering a unique blend of relationship building and you earning indirectly from our Closers sales team efforts. Requirements:

Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and insurance.

Ability to start workdays at 9 am and efficiently manage a daily quota of 25 dental office visits.
