Conduct regular outreach to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, and help identify prospects for major and planned gifts.

Develop strategies for donor retention, lapsed donor reactivation, and long-term pipeline growth.

Budget & Reporting

Oversee the annual giving budget and analyze campaign results.

Ensure accurate data, gift processing, and reporting to guide strategic decisions.

Volunteer & Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Work with board members, volunteers, and internal teams to align donor engagement efforts with Symphony initiatives and amplify campaign impact.

Experience:

What’s in it for you:

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
