As a Patients Advocate, you'll play a crucial role in reaching out to patients that have inquired about full mouth dental implants through our paid marketing ads, using our marketing and sales dashboard.
We are looking for an individual with great phone skills and positive energy to follow up and follow through, converting the patient leads into show appointments.
Position can be a hybrid office and home office position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Call on inbound leads that have shown interest in dental implants
Educate patients on dental implant options, procedure and cost
Set appointments to bring the patients in for in office consultation
Follow up on set appointments to increase shown ratios
Coordinate the patient hand off to the patient coordinator
REQUIREMENTS
Strong outbound calling ability
Ability to quickly build rapport, assess patient needs, and instill urgency to take action
Proficient with technology
Demonstrate strong sales, negotiation and closing skills
Effective problem-solving skills and a positive outlook
Previous dental telemarketing experience preferred
RESULTS
Increase the number of full mouth implant surgeries per month
Pay: $45,000.00 base plus commission for each show appointment & scheduled surgery.
