Boston Medical Group Telemedicine is looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals to help expand our call center in support of our Telemedicine platform. We have also recently launched a new Weight Loss program for Women and Men and need counselors to promote, educate and make appointments for patients. Positions also available for Treatment Coordinators with medical education/experience.

Competitive pay ($17-$20+/hr) and Commission +bonus pay
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound phone calls from current and prospective leads within a reasonable response time
Help patients with customer assistance which includes checking on ship dates, providing treatment information, update patients account, placing customer orders and scheduling appointments for telemedicine
Engage with customer in a professional manner and provide assistance in a courteous and helpful way
Qualifications:
General computer skills and the ability to multitask are required
Good communication skills is a must
Proficient in Microsoft office
Sales, customer support experience very helpful
Experience in healthcare very helpful but not required
