Primior Group was established in 2012 and manages over $2 billion in assets through direct investments, partnerships, and providing varies asset management services to clients.

We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Outbound Sales to join our team. You will work with quality leads provided to you by Primior. You must be a driven, coachable, ambitious, self motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to doing heavy out-bound cold calls. Candidate Responsibilities

Regularly prospect for Investors, Landlords and tenants through heavy cold calling and outbound sales.

Consistently contact property investors and cooperate with local brokers to initiate, manage, and maintain high-quality reciprocal relationships.

Conduct high-level fiduciary needs analysis in order to present comprehensive information to clients regarding asset market value, along with repositioning opportunities and disposition/acquisition strategies, Support will be provided by Primior.

Develop expert knowledge regarding the real estate market, industry news, demographics, average medium income, customer spending index etc.

Key Skills

The self-motivated, highly determined, learning-based individual who is driven, with a proven track record of success

Must have minimum of 3+ years of cold-calling experience

Excellent at building rapport and comfortable with talking to a wide variety of people

Very strong written and verbal communication skills

Good organizational skills

Able to cold call and door knock

Willing to learn scripts and dialogues

Interested in attending events such as industry trade shows, expos etc., where you can network and build your connections and client base.

Compensation: This is a 100% Commission Based Position with very generous commissions, your earning potential is unlimited.
