Job Title: Client Services Account Manager - Full Time (M-F, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Position:
Supports the President by managing existing clients and developing relationships with prospective clients. Managing bids and moving jobs through the project management process is imperative to success in this position.
Job Responsibilities
Managing bids and generating client proposals.
Managing the flow of each project through its 10-12 week cycle that includes file transferring, proofing, printing and delivery.
Outbound sales calls and emails to prospective customers to introduce them to Codra.
In-person sales calls to customers on occasion.
Developing new prospects and initiating contact to build a relationship.
Follow up and converting proposals to purchase orders.
Job Requirements
College degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Proactive, strategic and motivated to deliver great customer service to our clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally.
Ability to identify, prioritize and target key customers.
Ability to work well as a team member.
