POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Support Specialist in the city of Santa Ana, California office, this role is a client care/introductory sales support position. This position will be responsible for mostly answering incoming calls from consumers, and reaching out to all clients within various stages of the process (Pre-Enrollment, Current Clients, and prospective clients that have failed to move forward for various reasons)
Qualifications:
- One (1) year experience in phone customer service.
- Computer literacy and Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent customer service
- Detail oriented
- Dependable
- Able to multi-task
