Join our Mission:

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Case Manager. If you have a passion for working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down syndrome (DS), and other developmental disabilities, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

Your Role as a Case Manager:

As a Case Manager, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking our services. You will:

Build Trust: Conduct client intake, establishing rapport and understanding their unique needs.

Empower Families: Guide families through the application process for In-Home Support Services, School IEPs, and Regional Center Services.

Advocate for Needs: Request and document information highlighting each individual's functional limitations.

Educate and Inform: Explain our comprehensive range of programs and services, ensuring families are well-informed and empowered to make choices.

Connect and Engage: Participate in company events, fostering a supportive community for our clients and their families.

Your Skills and Experience:

Professionalism: A polished and positive demeanor, demonstrating respect and empathy in all interactions.

Passion: A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children with special needs and their families.

Communication: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain company information in a clear and compassionate manner.

Organization: A detail-oriented approach to managing client information and ensuring a smooth application process.

Bonus Qualifications:

Prior experience in Social Services or ABA Therapy

Fluency in Spanish
