Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate and Team Growth Manager to join our team. As the Affiliate and Team Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding our affiliate network and enhancing team performance across the state of California. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, build strong partnerships, and foster a culture of excellence within FCA Legal Funding.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for affiliate program growth, including identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate partnerships throughout California.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and strategies to support affiliate growth and maximize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support, guidance, and regular communication to ensure their success.
- Analyze affiliate performance data, metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs and resources to enhance the performance and productivity of our internal teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to team members to support their growth and success.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare reports and presentations to senior management, providing updates on affiliate and team performance, growth strategies, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in affiliate management, team leadership, or business development, preferably in the legal services or related industry.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, best practices, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of driving team growth, engagement, and productivity.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving targets and objectives.
- Familiarity with the legal industry, personal injury cases, or legal funding is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
