We are seeking licensed, guard card holding individuals for part time employment as a vehicle patrol guard for a community.
Shifts are:
Saturdays- 4:30pm- 1:30am (1 hour lunch break)
Sundays- 4:30pm- 1:30am (1 hour lunch break)
Responsibilities:
Patrol community is company provided vehicle
Parking enforcement
Work with vehicle monitoring software on smartphone
Assign citations and authorize tows as needed
Respond to any situations as they arise
Fill out activity report at end of shift
Requirements:
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARD
Previous vehicle patrol experience
Working smart phone with internet access
Strong attention to detail
Must be dependable and friendly as you will be interacting with residents
Able to use computers and email efficiently
