Green Room started as a small surf shop on PCH in Newport Beach, CA in 1992. With now over 30 years under our belt, its no wonder why we are at the forefront of this action sports industry. We offer everything from Snowboarding, Skiing, Fishing, Mountain Biking, Wakeboarding, Surfing, and Skateboarding!
Green Room Extreme Outdoors is seeking a ski and snowboard technician to join our team!
General Duties:
- Ensure great customer experience with efficient, friendly service both in person and via telephone.
- Edge/Wax and tune skis and snowboards in a safe and efficient manner.
- Installing/Testing bindings of skis and snowboards in a safe and efficient manner.
- Stock and clean repair area.
- Assist customers with shopwork intake and pick-up using Wintersteiger.
- Clearly communicate and consult with customers on service and repair related issues.
- Assist on the sales floor with customers during busy times.
- Effectively communicate with other employees.
- Work closely with your lead and manager to understand business goals.
Overview:

-Maintain standards of stores organization and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Must have several years experience in skiing
-Some Sales Experience
-Positive attitude, always wanting to help, be productive and learn
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent organization skills
-Proficiency in POS operations, Excel, and Word is a Plus
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 pounds & can work in a fast paced environment that includes answering phones, working on computer, cleaning duties such as dusting, cleaning windows, keep store clean and organized.
Must be flexible and reliable- available days/nights, weekends and holidays.
Full Time and part time positions available.
Hourly Pay $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience.
