Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
Utilize basic math skills to handle transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Engage in product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively sell merchandise.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform retail math calculations as needed for inventory management and sales reporting.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or a crystal shop environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with an ability to connect with diverse customers effectively.
Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a willingness to learn about new products.
