Simple Laguna, a premier men’s and women’s clothing boutique located in the heart of sunny downtown Laguna Beach, is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as part-time retail associates (potentially full-time starting in June). If you're passionate about fashion and working with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow with us at our beautiful Laguna Beach location!
Position Overview: As a retail associate, you'll be an essential part of our tight-knit team, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product selections, stocking shelves, and managing the cash register & Shopify point of sale system. Don’t worry if you’re new to some of these tasks—we’ll provide training to ensure you feel confident and capable.
Qualifications: While prior experience in hospitality and an interest in fashion are great bonuses, they’re not necessary. We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow!

- Has a willingness to learn and is self-motivated and goal-oriented

- Presents a professional appearance
- Thrives in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
- Can multitask—balancing cashier, sales, and merchandising duties
- Has prior customer service experience and is comfortable using a computer
- Is able to lift up to 30 lbs if needed
