Position Overview:
As an E-Commerce Package and Shipping Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, we welcome all levels of experience. After six months, there's an opportunity to earn commissions, giving you the chance to boost your income as you excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately package and prepare orders for shipment, following company guidelines.
Organize and manage inventory efficiently.
Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping processes.
Ensure shipments meet quality and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to shipping.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required, but experience in package and shipping is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
A passion for e-commerce and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
