Flat fee or small profit sharing opportunity to earn fees based on our production. We do not handle individual transactions (zero paperwork), just referrals so liability is very low. No MLS membership required, we do not need MLS. We have never had a claim from a client, not even one, in decades of operation. This is a very EASY very-little-time, contract position. You can work at home or wherever. Just do some occasional paperwork a couple times per year and be the supervising broker for corporate license compliance requirement. If you are licensed in multiple states, that's a plus.
We are not a traditional real estate company so we don't have all the responsibility of managing transactions - no need to review files, attend meetings, etc. It's the closest thing to PASSIVE INCOME out there.
