We are looking for an experienced On-Site Manager to join our team! This position offers competitive pay for 20-30 hours per week, plus discounted rent. Beautiful building in great location in Orange.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
Address resident concerns and enforce property policies
Assist with leasing, rent collection, and administrative tasks
Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
Conduct property inspections and ensure security
Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management
Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
Must be On Call for emergencies by cell phone.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
Valid California driver’s license and liability insurance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle emergencies and resolve resident concerns efficiently
Must live on-site and be available for after-hours needs as required
We require a good driving record and we process criminal background checks
Must have basic working knowledge of email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
