Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified mortgage leads through outbound calls and lead generation campaigns
- Engage and build rapport with potential clients to understand their needs and financial goals
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our mortgage products and services
- Schedule appointments for our mortgage advisors to follow up with interested clients
- Follow up with leads to ensure their continued interest and provide support throughout the mortgage application process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation and telemarketing, preferably in the mortgage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools
- Knowledge of mortgage products and services is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
