Advanced handyman / plumbing / electrical skills are MANDATORY. Must possess working knowledge of how to trouble shoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues. Manager is responsible for MAJORITY of onsite repairs.
We are looking for a talented 2 person TEAM who are willing to get the job done, able to enforce community rules and share the job responsibility of efficiently running an apartment community. One member of the TEAM may have outside employment while the other member must be onsite during regular business hours.
Prior multi-housing management experience preferred.
We are a no smoking community.
Bilingual is a plus but not mandatory.
Must be willing to submit to a drug and background check.
Compensation is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment home, paid water, sewer, trash, internet, 2 car garage and small allowance.
Monthly value approx. $3300
