Responsibilities:
Organizing and maintaining files (mostly electronic)
Property management of mostly commercial properties
Brokerage and development support
Skills Desired:
Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to solve problems efficiently
Attention to detail
Patience and kindness in dealing with clients, tenants, and vendors
This is a PART TIME contract position of about 12-20 hours per week, with flexible hours based on your schedule.
