We are a small commercial real estate office involved in development, property management, and brokerage. We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant to assist the owner in all aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
Administrative part of the office
Organizing and maintaining files (mostly electronic but some legacy paper files)
Property management of mostly commercial properties
Brokerage and development support
Interfacing with clients, tenants, and vendors
Finding new vendors and solutions to problems
Problem solving in a cost-efficient way
Skills Desired:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Effective problem-solving skills
Self-starter
This is a PART TIME contract position of about 12-20 hours per week, with flexible hours based on the needs of the successful candidate. The ideal candidate will have good administrative experience in a full time job who now wants to work part-time or have flexible hours due to other commitments in his or her life.
