Shipping Office Admin position in Garden Grove.
Pay $20 an hour
8:30a.m.-5p.m.
Monday- Friday
Front office
Answering calls
Creating shipping labels
Creating travelers for production
Scanning documents for Quality and helping to close boxes in shipping.
Respond to customer emails
Process outgoing shipments, local and international.
Create POs on Sage.
Create spreadsheets with cost per material.
Assist in updating vendor POs that were modified through their portal.
Data Entry
Must have recent Office experience in the last 2 years.
Must submit resume showing required experience.
